IPIP encapsulation?

Hello, does OpenBSD 2.5 support IP within IP encapsulation which
is compatible with IP tunneling in Linux? I'd like to set some
tunnels up from OpenBSD to a Linux box. (not for fun! I actually 
do this with Linux at the moment but would like to switch!)
