I don't like this. This sets a precedent for having stuff in
/usr/local/etc, which is bad, since people will have to look in several
places for configuration files...
It would probably be better to have the ssh in ports rename its config files,
or play in a sub-directory of /etc.
(/etc/ssh-ports ?)
