You're not going to find a magic hit count/platform chart.  Performance
benchmarking is an inexact and often misleading art, even when you restrict
it to a narrow realm such as web servers.

Nobody is going to be able to give you a magic number that says "OpenBSD
rated to here".

The best thing to do is get ahold of a machine (any machine really).  In
turn, install each OS and benchmark it against a simulated set of clients.
httperf and WebStone are two common benchmarks.  (Without having yet used
httperf, its assumptions seem much more realistic than WebStone's, so I'm
inclined to say httperf is better.)

Then you can find for yourself exactly how the various platforms perform
under various conditions and you can make a more informed decision.

Just keep in mind that benchmarks are notoriously difficult to setup such
that it truly simulates a real-world environment.  If you really want to
mirror your traffic, you could probably find a load generator that will
read in log files from your production servers and replay those requests to
a different (ie, test) server.
