a question about rawrite

I don't know if I spelled it right or not, but I'm looking for it on the
ftp sites and I can't find it.  What I'd really like to know is, where
can I find it?  Or, does the fdimage.exe program available on the
freebsd ftp sites work the same?  I do have the fdimage.exe program and
I used it to make a bootable OpenBSD image from floppy25.fs and it
appeared to work fine as it booted the kernel.  However, I'm new to this
and just want to know do the two programs work the same rawrite and
fdimage?
