installing openbsd

I'm getting further into it.  Anyway, what I'm wondering is how do I
dual boot with Win98?  Can a suitable setup be made in Win98 to furnish
dual booting or do I have to download a third party boot manager
program?  Does OpenBSD come with a boot loader?  It seems to me, if I'm
remembering what I've read on the web site, that it does not.  Now, if I
do have to download a boot loader, where can I find and what is a good
one to look into?
