Erm, me. I thought I had. Ahh, I had prepared patches based on Greg's
work, but with a 2.6 freeze happening at the time, and some panic
problems I saw, the changes never made it. I *will* work on this, in
parellel to the kernel porting docs in the next 2 weeks.

Sorry I cannot do it any faster.
