leave man page

man leave says:
  leave ignores interrupts, quits, and terminates.  To get rid of it you
  should either log off or use `kill -s KILL' giving its process ID.

but i can kill it with a simple kill.  is it not ignoring the signal
properly, or should we edit the manpage?
