3.4-beta upgrade from 3.3

good afternoon alltogether,
i'm tryin to upgrade to 3.4-beta (snapshot) from 3.3 using floppy34 from the
snapshot-directory, following error occurs during the suck-in of the
comp.tgz:
directory can't be removed (not empty)
./usr/libdata/perl5/site_perl/i386-openbsd/ssl
this also apllies to ./usr/include/ssl

could it be useful to remove the directories's content manually before
retrying the upgrade, or am i totally on the wrong lane?
