bug on httpd-cgi

[gaspo1_(_at_)_fastwebnet_(_dot_)_it]

i have find a bug on my openbsd 3.3.
i start httpd:
after if i use cgi.bin script all script give that error if any people see
my website:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request
**
but cgi.bin script work well,because i have also other machine on openbsd
3.2 and work.
i give chmod +x name.cgi
but website give the same error.
httpd.conf is perfec.
i cannot find the real problem.
anybody help me?
