One of the things that always gets my goat is having to do all
these various things to get an installed system up and running,
and also that I have a need for a number of different system
installations (particularly a *minimal* install).
With the use we are making of cvs, why not make the binaries for
each arch available via cvs ? This way I can (talking about a local
server here) install the parts I want, and get them kept up to
date.
The only problems here are that cvs needs a directory to install
in, as opposed to '.' and how would we select architecture and
packages without silly names like "openbsd-bin-i386-core" ?
Regards,
