Error Starting X

Hi all from the great state of Minnesota and home of Jesse "The Body" Ventura,

1) After running XF86Setup, I get the following error message when X starts.

	/usr/x11/lib/x11/xf86setup/phase2.tcl
	line 25: label $w.waitmsg - text $message(phase2.1)
	can't read "messages(phase2.1)"

2) I tried to CVS update X11R6, the only stuff I found was X11 and it
didn't look like the X11R6 directory at all. What am I doing wrong.
