I have recently installed OpenBSD 2.3 off of a CD. I downloaded the tar
ball of 2.3 patches from
ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/patches/2.3.tar.gz. I followed along
with the errata notes at http://www.openbsd.org/errata23.html
There is a patch in the tar ball that is not mentioned on the Web site:
resolver.patch.
Should the tar ball not actually have this patch? Or should it be
mentioned in the errata page on the Web? Or neither, and there's
something more subtle going on here that I'm missing? Is there a way for
me to get answers to these questions that is preferable to asking on misc?
