I have a single IDE HD with a single OBSD partition...

If the CDROM is set to boot first in the BIOS, then I have no trouble mounting my CDROM.  If the BIOS is set to a standard boot order (i.e. A,C), then the CDROM won't mount..  I don't know why, and I don't know why they would be related...
