problem with IPNAT/rdt

Hi,

I'm using an ISDN router to connect to the Internet. The IP/PPP address
for the router is 202.a.b.1. I have valid Internet address from
202.a.b.1 to 202.a.b.7.

My firewall box (openbsd 2.5 of course) has two network interface. The
external one is 202.a.b.2 on le1, and the internal one is 192.168.81.2.

My email server is on the private network (192.168.81.x) with IP
address 192.168.81.1.

So I have the following rules for IPNAT on the firewall box:

rdr le1 202.a.b.3/32 port smtp -> 192.168.81.1 port smtp
rdr le1 202.a.b.3/32 port uucp -> 192.168.81.1 port uucp
map le1 192.168.81.1/32 -> 202.a.b.3/32

(My ISP is using UUCP for email.)

However, the rdr doesn't seem to work, since "tpcdump -i le1" shows me
the followings:
