Hello New Friends:
I'm an OpenBSD newbie ( I just bought my CD a couple weeks ago ! ) and
having problems with my Internet connection need your help ( I tried several
times before working hard, )
1.- I just tried wiht ppp and have troubles.
2.- Then I tried wiht pppd like I use to make with my Linux
Connection is get but wit this messages:
/bsd: ppp0: IPv6 not supported
pppd [PID]: Couldn't add default route: File exists
local IP address 62.36....
remote IP address 62.74....
When I do:
lynx www.openbsd.org/es/index.html
...I get the answer /bsd: arpresolve: can't allocate llinfo
..... if I do ping www.somewhere.org I have no answer !!
what's going wrong ??
My /etc/reolv.conf is like
domain mylandomain
search myispdomain
nameserver firstisp
nameserver secondisp
3.- How can I nicely stop pppd? ( not killing, is it possible ?)
4.- How can I nicely stop lynx?
Bye, and sorry about my stupid newbie questions!
