cvsup question

When I checkout the source tree with cvsup I get version 1.1.1.1 of
/usr/src/gnu/egcs/libiberty/hashtab.c

When I checkout the source tree with cvs I get version 1.1 of
/usr/src/gnu/egcs/libiberty/hashtab.c

Anyone know a quick way to have cvsup get the correct version?
