Hello,
I am trying to mount '/usr/ports' as a read write NFS; allowing all
computer on my internal network to access the ports.
I have the following in my /etc/exports
---
/usr/ports -alldirs -network 192.168.1 -mask 255.255.255.0
---
and have mounted the drive on another computer /etc/fstab
---
192.168.1.1:/usr/ports /usr/ports nfs rw 0 0
---
It mounts fine, but does not seem to be a read/write filesystem, I
get permission denied when trying to write to the mountpoint.
Help is appreciated.
Thanks
Will
