rtsold: kernel is configured not to accept RAs

rtsold: kernel is configured not to accept RAs

I've looked all over the rtsold man page and the sysctl page and the options
page (well, I've seached for things like Router and RA and everything) and I
just can't find where to configure the kernel for accepting RAs.

Anybody else know?  Oh, and is the code flakey in the might-panic-kernel
way?
