James, I get those on my box frequently. I think it normally happens
at the first large network activity after booting.
I think it basically means a dynamic buffer was created, and the NIC
send out the packets in the buffer before the CPU expected. I haven't
noticed any big problems, but then, this firewall/nat box only services
three other machines at the moment. :)
