How about creating som more lists and relieve misc@ of some traff ic.

I read misc@ and I find it VERY hard to catch up on,
which threads I even want to skim through.  misc@ is not
even really misc@ because there seem to be some large
topics that would easely fit in their own list:

   o	Installation
   o	Network configuration
   o	Crypto software (SSH, GPG, IPSec)
   o	Retrieving and build fram CVS.

These are not very related but is a very large part of the
traffic relates to these issues.

What do you think?
