Termcap

[seanc <seanc_(_at_)_pangea_(_dot_)_ca>]

I am having a problem with screen and micq.  The problem is that if I use
screen and micq together the delete keys don't work
(delete,backspace,control-backspace all don't work).  Is this a Termcap
issue and if so can someone point me in the right direction to fix it?
