Hi ppl,
Ok.. I must admit. I'm drunk or getting near it at the time of writing.
Writing an E-mail without to much errors is really something to be proud
of in this state. But this question has been on my mind for some time now,
and I feel the time is right to ask it.
Here goes.
Is it possible to bind sendmail to just 1 interface?
For example:
Lets say we have a machine with 2 NICs. XL0 and XL1.
XL0 represents the LAN
and
XL1 represents the WAN (Internet)
Is it possible without recompiling the m4's to bind sendmail to the
internal interface (xl0) with the default OpenBSD 2.7 sendmail.cf with
some minor modifications??? (Ok. Grammer is wrong)
Please give me some pointers (like RTFM) or advice on how to fix this.
Mainly because I know this isn't an OpenBSD specific question.
Greetings and a tra-la-la,
Sacha Ligthert
PS: I love how Theo answers his E-mails. Short and to the point. No
greetings or name below. Cutting out obsolete parts of the E-mail.
Its really a style to take example from.
