Swap problem

Hi,

I'm using OpenBSD 2.7 in a Intel machine. 

The swap is unavailable and when I try to start it with swapon /dev/sd0b,
I got the following error:

swapon: /dev/sd0b: Device busy  

What should I do to use the swap?
