route(8) -blackhole flag

the 'route' command doesnt appear to be using the blackhole directive
properly..
not shure. if im using the right syntax...for trying to black hole
207.8.129.60 i do:

route -n add 207.8.129.60 209.203.71.3 -blackhole

which yields:

Destination      Gateway            Flags 
default          209.203.71.3       UG      
207.8.129.60     209.203.71.3       UGH
