Kernel Panic

Dears,

I got a Intel i810 motherboard and I added a 3com XL series NIC after
the installation for NAT and proxy at my home.
I boot with no problem but after few minutes later, It's hang.(kernel
panic) I saw something like this:
fxp0 : device timeout
fxp0 : device timeout

I tried several time, sometimes it said :

xl0 : device timeout
xl0 : device timeout
xl0 : watchdog timeout
xl0 : watchdog timeout

after that, I can only enter "ps" or "trace",
how I can grep all the result of "ps" or "trace"?
and how I can re-boot without press reset?
