spamd-setup

Does spamd call spamd-setup every now and again to update the IPs of
blacklists, or is that up to the administrator?

Also in trying to find the previous question out, I came across that
spamd takes stats on how much time/bandwidth of the spammer was wasted.
Does this get run from cron as well?
