I am currently running 3.2 and would like to use cvs to upgrade to the
3.3 release now in the cvs. Would the following be correct:
cd /usr
cvs checkout -P -rOPENBSD_3_3_BASE src
This is what i was told and i assume the "cvs checkout -P
-rOPENBSD_3_3_BASE src" is correct but what about the cd /usr... should
it not be cd/usr/src? Do i delete my current /usr/src and then recreate
an empty /usr/src or update on top of the 3.2 src?
I have only used cvs to update my src and sync with the patch branch for
a particular release but have never used it to upgrade from one release
to another so i would appreciate some guidance.
Thanks and have a great day.!
