Darpa now denies it... Lies...

	An updated AP article is now claiming that DARPA didn't pull
the funding.  It's all on http://www.openbsd.org/press.html

    Darpa says in the article to  the associated press that 

"We're sorry if this review process has been misinterpreted as an effort
to cancel the work"

   Funny those "misinterpretations" seeing as how they called the Hyatt
Calgary and cancelled the reserved conference facilites for 60 hackers
on a couple of weeks notice, hmm.. that just doesn't sound like a 
"review process" to me. 

   But maybe I'm just a paranoid freak...
