Has no one thought of the wisdom of biting the hand that feeds you?  
You may consider the money dirty, but how many CDs will have to be 
purchased to offset the loss?  We've already heard how the hard 
economic times have somehow lead to fewer monetary supporters and more 
free-loaders.

The work that came out of the DARPA grant has just been so great, I'm 
really disappointed it has already come to an end.
