actually, if you are sick enough, grab sys/net/pf_* sys/net/pfvar.h
sys/altq/* and sbin/pfctl/* from -current, make includes ind /usr/src,
build new kernel and rebuilt pfctl and you should have a -current pf
with (mostly done, some minor nits to change, especially in teh stats
printing area, and missing documentation) HFSC on an otherwise -stable
machine.
But don't cry for help if taht doesn't work, and I feel the need to
especially express that I do not recomment that.
