ISS is new and a bunch of posers :)
TIS came out of some DEC people.  To DEC's credit, and everyone's
suprise, when folks developed the proxies and tools that were DEC
SEAL, Digital actually marketed and sold it!  Who'd have thought
it possible?  We'd have expected them to bury it.
