You know, reading between the lines is often meaningless,
is always wide open to interpretation and shouldn't be used
to base public statements on.

Another reading might be that having all these most excellent
coders, the cream of the secure programming crop, should
not be in the same place at once.  That they (you) are a target
to be protected by DARPA :)
