Official Online Petition / head count for Hotel/UPenn/DARPA?

Hi,

	I'm wondering if there is any "official" online petition, updateable
via the WWW so people can electronically "sign" and come up with real
numbers to prove that there is mass disappointment about the way the hotel
reservations have worked out thus far?

	Ideally, it would be hosted somewhere on www.openbsd.org for the
sake of credibility ...
