Re: OpenBSD usefulness as laptop workstation

hi,
My Toshiba has worked flawlessly for something like 3 or 4 years
without any problem. Whichever system I plant my nose to tends to
be used 12 hours a day 7 days a week. There has been no
tangible problem other than edu. Since this is only the 2nd laptop
I have ever owned. Sat Professional series. The only down side is the
number of keyboards one goes thru as a natural course. Some say
well just use a full size keyboard. Well that sort of defeats the
purpose. (This is what the workstations as for. Since its becomes
much less mobile. For me anyhow.) Things like BIOS access is quite
different if your not used to laptops. I would agree with ml that
laptops get uncomfortable on the laps for any length of time.
