Hi, I recently purchased 3 D-link DFE-530TXS to make myself a little
firewall. Unfortunately openBSD 3.2 doesn't seem to work for me with
this card. On the floppy install, I get this message in the dmesg (of
the floppy):
"D-Link Systems 550TX" rev 0x12 at pci0 dev10 function 0 not configured
I get this line for all 3 cards (pci/dev being different of course). I
searched google and found alot of forums talking about the DFE-530TX or
the TX+, but I didn't see the TXS anywhere. By the way, the system I am
trying to run this on is an old Pentium 75, if that can give any more
clue to anyone. Has anyone managed to make a D-Link DFE-530TXS work?
Am I better off just returning these and getting other ones?
Thanks alot,
Jd
