3.6/README is outdated

I've found README file from ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/3.6/ consists
outdated information:

CD 2 track 2 is an audio track of the "CARP License" skit and

Backup vocals by Jonathan Lewis and Ty Semaka.  Piano by Janet Lewis,

It's obvious clear that this comes from 3.5 release and there should be
placed story about "Pond-erosa Puff" instead. Sorry I don't know
about CD releases, but this is the "bug" we have on ftp...
