I just installed the kdebase package. Having rebooted
and only gkrellm running, any time I start Konqueror
up (Yes I use Konqueror, the smb browing is very nice
when dealing with windows shares) the kded crash
manager opens up and gives the following error: kde
daemon (kded) crashed and cause the signal 11
(SIGSEGV). Konqueror still opens up though and is
mostly functional. I can view small (10-50k) images
fine over the network but if I try to copy one over to
the hard drive, or try to view/copy a larger bitmap
file, the file transfer right up to the last bit and
then stalls and won't finish, and then CPU usage goes
up to 99% even after I close konqueror. Is there
something wrong with the package or something I did
wrong?
Thanks
