Broken packages

Several packages I downloaded,  fail during ld.so phase due to some
missing libraries (like bzip2 wanting libc.so.30.3).  These libraries
whereSimply recompiling them takes out the problem.  So can anyone
with access to the ftp tree can take the time to recompile all
packages availaible to ensure there are no more of these kind of
problems.
