All PDH drivers (san(4) and lmc(4)) use the sppp(4) hooks for PPP and
chdlc. There is no way to conect ppp(8) to a lmc(4) and sppp(4) does not
support MLPPP.
What could work is to use pf(4) and some round-robin pool to use multiple
links but that's a hack.
