Hi,
Anyone know of a way to implement high-speed Near-Line Storage using
OpenBSD tools with various SAN/NAS-like hardware?
I have a project where i'd like to back up a large amount of data that
tape is simply too slow to cover. This data to tape takes at least 168
hours and must be done every 7 days.
I ask because I have configured to "Net-Fast" part of the kernal back in
the 2.7 days, and just wondered if my ol' buddy OBSD could be used for yet
another enterprise purpose.
Serious replies only.
