Just beware, I was recently on iRiver's site seeing what was available
for my 195T, they have stopped listing the feature set of the firmware
releases. There is all sorts of language there about DRM essentially
and most of the 'upgrades' I have seen have DRM enabled now. It didn't
say explicitly, but I'm making an assumption that anything DRM enabled
will not be a generic storage device anymore.
If you poke around you can find copies of the old ums firmwares that
they have now removed from their site.
