pf + synproxy

Are there any known issues with using this on 3.6-STABLE?
I noticed there was a problem, but I am running the stable version.

When I use 'synproxy state' my DNS and SMTP stop working.
if I use 'modulate state' things work fine...

Is this a known thing?
