Yes, but there is a Compact Flash slot on several models:

Wireless Ethernet Adapters
Compact Flash Adapters (will be detected as PCMCIA adapters) 
Buffalo AirStation CF (wi) (A) (B) (C) 
ELSA XI800 CF (wi) (A) (B) 

My friend's SL-C760 works great.
