login.conf limiting values

Hi,

I am configuring a server with the following H/W

OpenBSD 3.6 (GENERIC) #59: Fri Sep 17 12:32:57 MDT 2004
    deraadt_(_at_)_i386_(_dot_)_openbsd_(_dot_)_org:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC
cpu0: Intel Pentium III ("GenuineIntel" 686-class) 665 MHz
cpu0: FPU,V86,DE,PSE,TSC,MSR,PAE,MCE,CX8,SEP,MTRR,PGE,MCA,CMOV,PAT,PSE36,MMX,FXSR,SSE
real mem = 132751360 (129640K)
avail mem = 114503680 (111820K)

it will serve as a bastion host for a number of users to ssh to it and
telnet from there, it will be used extensively all the day, because a
NOC will use it, now besides making this host secure, i dont want it
to get exahusted, CPU and memory prespective,

so i was looking for correct values to give for /etc/login.conf

like

coredumpsize
The maximum size of any core dump

cputime
The maximum CPU time any process may use

datasize
The maximum memory size of data that can be consumed by one process

filesize
The maximum size of any file

stacksize
The maximum amount of memory on the stack usable by a process

memoryuse
The maximum amount of memory a process can lock

maxproc
The maximum number of processes the user can have running

openfiles
The maximum number of open files per process

and this server will have 20 users logging in simultaneously, is that
ok, 20 ssh sessions and 20 telnet sessions outbound ?
