Hi all
I am running OBSD3.6 and upon attempting to mount a floppy disk after
having created the mount point /floppy, I am presented with the
response: "mount_msdos /dev/fd0a on /floppy: Device not configured".
Does this mean that the device (i.e. the floppy drive) itself is not set
up properly or that the file format is not being recognised?
If the former, is this something to be expected on a fresh install and
the user is required to compile something into the kernel, or am I
missing a trick here? The floppy drive was present and set up during
install, so I am curious as to why it wouldn't be "configured".
TIA
