bsd license question

Hi all,

I've read http://www.openbsd.org/policy.html and looked through the 
archives but didn't find an explanation of the differences between the 
3- (or 4-) clause BSD licence and the formulation in 
/usr/share/misc/license.template, which is shorter and doesn't mention 
the words "source code" and "binary forms", explicitely.

Are there any legal differences between these formulations?
