YES. that's it. no one has donated TIME. but why?
i really don't know, if there's a roadmap for openbsd
developers what to do next, but i thing there has to
be one.
and therefore i don't understand why ... (see my 1st posting).
for those telling me to donate servers from HP:

and guess what? the freebsd-people are using this.
also, i'd like to see really informative answers from
people knowing more than me 'bout openbsd-roadmaps and
storage driver development. jokes 'bout livers (i don't
donate mine, too ;-) are good, but not what i search for ;-)
