now I wonder - will Theo accept it (at least in
person). Not only the question of "nice things about
the GPL." RMS has said some really nasty things about
all of the BSDs, as has the FSF under the auspices of
the "foundation."
First I'll say to Theo: "Congratuations, as no one
deserves it more. Period."
Second (and I think my anti-FSF bias is obvious) - I
wonder the wisdom of accepting it. Of course, no one
coopts Theo, so if FSF thinks this would change the
rethoric one iota they're in for a rude shock.
