Hello all,
I am working on a Java app that is designed to be run on Windows
machines. Its purpose is to collect information off of the Win boxes
and connect to my (OpenBSD-based) MySQL database to drop off the
information. I'm nearly done with the information gathering part of
the app, and as I was moving on to the database connecivity, I found
out that the MySQL driver is written in 100% native Java.
Am I going to have to find another method, or is there another driver
or another way to connect to my database? As a last resort, I can have
the users copy and paste the info into a web form, but I'd much rather
it be a one-click solution. What do you guys think?
