Config for Packet Filter and Squid

Hi list!

I have an OpenBSD box 3.0.6, with Packet Filter configured and working
(Firewall, NAT, redirects,...), now I install Squid-Proxy, but before
start it, I need to aply some rules for squid...

What are that rules?

I only need Squid for cache http trafic, comming from the LAN to internet
(NIC eth0 to NIC eth1).
